Rihanna says domestic violence could happen to anyone, referring to the night she was beaten by her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. She was to speak in a TV interview. Chris Brown was sentenced to 20 years in prison and community service after beating up Rihanna on the eve of an awards ceremony.

He was sentenced to probation in August while the attack took place in February. Though Chris Brown apologized for the assault he has kept out of the spotlight since then.
